The musical program is provided free of charge to each member of the audience who attends our production. Advertising in our musical program is an excellent way for you to be recognized as a supporting business or patron and show that you care about students in the community.
Some advertisement sizes have a limited quantity available for purchase. To check if an ad size is still available for purchase, please click here.
Specifications
All artwork submitted must be finished and ready for publishing. At this time, we are unable to provide digital design or editing services due to the limited time available before the program must be printed.
Dimensions
Inside Covers: 5.5 in. x 8.5 in. Full Page: 5 in. x 8 in. Half Page: 5 in. x 4 in. Quarter Page: 2.5 in. x 4 in
File Types
PDF, AI, BMP, JPEG, PNG, PS, PSD, TIFF, EPS
PDF should have fonts/graphics embedded.
EPS files should have all the text switched to curves/outlines.
TIFF files should be flattened.
No Word or PowerPoint files are accepted at this time.
Color
The musical program is printed in black and white. Color artwork may be submitted but will be converted to black and white prior to printing.
Resolution
Please provide artwork at the highest resolution possible to ensure the best quality print (300 pixels/inch minimum)
How to Purchase and/or Submit Artwork
Artwork can be uploaded at the time of purchase if paying online. If the artwork is unfinished, you may return to this website later to upload the completed artwork. Digital artwork is required. If you cannot provide a digital copy of your artwork, please contact us to make arrangements before mailing any physical files.
The deadline to purchase an advertisement AND upload artwork is February 7, 2025.
The online form accepts credit card payments only. To purchase a Program Ad using check or cash, please download the order form and follow the directions listed. The order form can be downloaded here.
All artwork is subject to review and must be school-appropriate and conform to School District policies. The final determination of what is considered appropriate will be made by the show’s producers and/or administration. If artwork is deemed inappropriate, the submitter will be contacted with information as to why the artwork was rejected and any applicable next steps.
Purchase Theatre Sponsorship
A Theatre Sponsorship is how a person, neighbor, teacher, family, pet, or business/organization can donate to support our production. We appreciate your contribution to the success of our show!
If you would like a message printed in the program, please purchase an ad.

If you are not the original person who purchased the advertisement, please provide the name of the person who did in the comments field of the online form. We will use this information to match the artwork with the correct order.
